Texas Public Safety Conference Sponsorship Tiers

We are thrilled to announce that registration for the 2026 Texas Public Safety Conference will open on November 3, 2025, beginning at 12:00 pm by following the link above. 

As a valued sponsor of our 2025 event, you have an exclusive two-week early access to secure your sponsorship and booth space for this exciting conference. This year marks our return to Denton, which was one of our most well-attended conferences ever. The conference will be held from March 29 to April 1, 2026.
 

Sponsorship Opportunities:
 

Below are the available sponsorship levels for 2026. We’ve designed these options to ensure your company gains optimal visibility and engagement with the audience you seek. Each level includes exclusive opportunities to showcase your brand and network with key decision-makers in public safety.
 

1) The Oscar (Previously Big Tex) – $20,000 (1 Sponsorship)

             ●   Title Sponsor of the Awards Gala with a 5-10 minute opportunity to address attendees.

             ●   Title sponsor of the conference app.

             ●   Title sponsor of a NENA and APCO Award. The logo will be outside of the room and on the app.

                   ○ Opening Session Sponsor (including ability to introduce keynote)
