Texas Public Safety Conference Sponsorship Tiers

We are thrilled to announce that registration for the 2025 Texas Public Safety Conference will open on December 9, 2024 beginning at 12:00 pm by following the link above. 

As a valued sponsor of our 2024 event, you have an exclusive two-week early access to secure your sponsorship and booth space for this exciting conference. This year marks our inaugural event in McAllen, and we can’t wait to explore the new possibilities. The conference will be held from April 2–5, 2025.
 

What's New for 2025?
 

We are continually enhancing the conference experience to provide greater value for our sponsors and attendees. This year’s most impactful updates include:

 

•  A new top-tier sponsorship level; to offer more exclusive benefits.

• Sponsorship opportunities for the Awards Gala, including the ability to present and sponsor awards during the event.
   

Sponsorship Opportunities:
 

Below are the available sponsorship levels for 2025. We’ve designed these options to ensure your company gains optimal visibility and engagement with the audience you seek. Each level includes exclusive opportunities to showcase your brand and network with key decision-makers in public safety.
 

1) Heart of Texas – $20,000 (1 Sponsorship)
      a.     (6) Full Attendee Registration
      b.    Booth in IP Hall 30 X 30  
      c.    Sponsored Items   
             i.    Lounge in booth if desired
            ii.    Attendee apparel Sponsor – T-shirt with sponsor logo on the back
           iii.    Conference App Sponsor

            iv.    Awards Gala Sponsor (Including the ability to welcome attendees)
      d.    Prioritized ability to ADD-ON a Branded Award Sponsorship (IE Telecommunicator of the Year award). NOTE:                   $2,500 cost for most awards… see Award Sponsor Level below.
      e.    Ability to provide branded Swag for the conference bags. 
      f.    Ability to provide up to 3 items or documents describing your company and/or products to be included in the                    conference bags. 
     g.    Reserved table at the Awards Gala and Conference Events. 
     h.    Attendee list both before and after the conference. 
      i.    Listing of sponsorship on Conference signage.
      j.    Recognition at conference events, on social media, association websites, and email blasts. Your logo and a link to              your website will be displayed on the Texas Public Safety website, the Texas APCO site, and the Texas NENA site              for one year.
 

2) Lone Star - $15,000 (4 Sponsorships)
      a.    (4) Full Attendee Registration
      b.    Booth in IP Hall – 10 x 20
      c.    Sponsored Items (one assigned from i and one from ii). Once sponsorship is paid, these will be assigned: the first              paid sponsorship will be the first item, and so on.
             i.    One item assigned 
                  1.    Conference Badge Sponsor 
                  2.    Sponsor of the Opening Session (Including the ability to introduce the Keynote speaker)

                  3.    Sponsor of the Neighborhood Block Party Event
                  4.    Logo on committee shirts

            ii.    Conference bag Sponsor

      e.    Ability to provide 1 item or document describing your company and/or products to be included in the conference              bags. 
       f.    Attendee list both before and after the conference.

Award Sponsor (new this year) - $ 2,500:
      a.    The ability to sponsor an award, e.g., Telecommunicator of the Year or Trainer of the Year… Selection will be                     made upon full payment.
      b.    Company representative will come on stage and present the award to the winner.  (Not talk).
      c.    Display a slide of the sponsor company and what service they provide.
