Full TX APCO or TX NENA Member $350 (Early Bird Discount of $25 before February 13, 2026)

for government-related attendees who are members of NENA or APCO (includes access to the Industry Partner Hall, Education Sessions, the Awards Gala, the Industry Partner Event, and Conference Closing Celebration and includes all ticketed meals as noted in schedule)

Full Non-Member $450 (Early Bird Discount of $25 before February 13, 2026)

for government-related attendees who are NOT members of NENA or APCO (includes access to the Industry Partner Hall, Education Sessions, the Awards Gala, the Industry Partner Event, and Conference Closing Celebration and includes all ticketed meals as noted in schedule)

Guest- $175

Day Pass Member- $125 (DOES NOT INCLUDE AWARDS GALA)

Day Pass Non- Member - $150 (DOES NOT INCLUDE AWARDS GALA)

Awards Banquet- $100

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION ENDS FEBRUARY 14, 2026.

Requests for registration refunds will be honored until March 02, 2026, minus a 3% processing fee. After this date, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN

FREE Conference Apparel with paid registration. Limited quantity available on a first come first serve basis.

You must turn in your course evaluation for each session you attend.
When you receive your badge from registration, please confirm that your name and PID are correct and pop up when it is scanned at your first session.
If your badge is not working, please notify volunteers at the registration booth.
